At Foreva Fruit, we are committed to providing high-quality, pre-packaged food products that meet the highest standards of safety and satisfaction. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in all aspects of returns and refunds.
1. No Change-of-Mind Returns
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases due to the perishable and consumable nature of our food products. This applies to both online and in-store purchases.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

The item is damaged or defective at the time of purchase or delivery

You received the wrong item

The product is expired or unsafe to consume at the time of receipt
To be eligible for a refund, the product must:

Be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

Be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or tax invoice)

4. Processing Refunds
Once we assess and approve your refund request, we will process it back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product was incorrect, damaged, or faulty.
5. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that goods will be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match the description provided.
If your item fails to meet these consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the nature of the issue.
